The former Sevilla and Manchester City man is reportedly very close to a loan move to Istanbul. According to beIN Sports Valencia have already agreed to loan Negredo to Beşiktaş without requiring a loan fee as they want to offload his €4,2m annual wages.
Negotiations have come to the final stages according to both beIN Sports and NTV Spor are also reporting that Álvaro Negredo is keen on a move to Beşiktaş and the move only requires Şenol Güneş to sign off on it for it to come to fruition.
Álvaro Negredo spent this past season out on loan at Premier League side Middlesbrough, scoring 10 goals in 39 appearances. For Valencia he made 74 appearances scoring 18 times. While at Manchester City he made a total of 51 appearnaces and found the back of the net 23 times. But the highlight of his career came at Sevilla where between 2009 and 2013 he made a total of 181 appearances, netting 86 goals.
