Croatian International defender Domagoj Vida has signed for Beşiktaş on a Bosman, which will see him arrive in Istanbul in January 2018!

The 28-year old central defender currently plays for Dynamo Kyiv but his contract with the Ukraine giants expires in December. Making him free to negotiate with any club, as he is in the final 6 months of his contract, according to the Bosman ruling.

Beşiktaş already wanted to sign Vida this Summer but Dynamo Kyiv were reluctant to let their defensive stalwart go for a reasonable fee, as the registration period for the UEFA Champions League list has now gone by, Beşiktaş have opted to sign Vida on a free transfer in January instead.

Domagoj Vida has signed a 4,5 year contract with Beşiktaş, which will keep him at the club until 2022. Vida is expected to earn around €3m per season.
