Adem Ljajic’s representative in Turkey Mirsad Turkcan: “We’re waiting to hear from Beşiktaş tomorow, there are 2-3 teams we’re talking to, not just Beşiktaş. Ljajic is currently Torino’s player. Once news comes in I’d be happy to sit down and talk. My partners in Europe are conducting talks with other clubs.Tomorow everything will be more clear.”
Adem Ljajic featured in 27 matches for Torina last season in which he produced 6 goals and 13 assists, during the 2016/2017 season he was involved in 36 matches scoring 12 and assisting another 11 goals.
Beşiktaş are currently working hard on bringing in a creative offensive midfielder with Dortmund’s Shinji Kagawa believed to be the frontrunner and they are believed to be awaiting the Japanese star’s decision on their offer. Should Kagawa not accept, Beşiktaş will move forward with bringing Adem Ljajic to Turkey.
Beşiktaş also had an agreement in place with Eintracht Frankfurt’s Mexican midfielder Marco Fabián, but he opted to sign with Fenerbahçe as Beşiktaş were keeping him waiting in favour of both Kagawa and Ljajic.
