League leaders Beşiktaş play their second home game in succession at the Başakşehir stadium and face one of the season’s revelations in Akhisar Belediyespor.

Currently in fourth place on level points with Galatasaray, Akhisar have one of the most prolific forwards of the league within their ranks with Hugo Rodallega, who has already scored 8 times this season. Akhisar have shown to be a tough nut to crack so far this season, which is reflected by the impressive amount of points they’ve gathered so far. Akhisar even managed to come back from being two goals down against Fenerbahçe a few weeks back, which solidfied their role as revelation of the season thusfar.

The Black Eagles are coming off a victory in the Europa League against Skënderbeu on Thursday but did lose central defender Ersan Gülüm to a thigh injury in that clash, he was replaced by Dusko Tosic during that game so this may be an indication of how the Eagles will shape up against Akhisar on Sunday. Another week, another final for Beşiktaş, but Akhisar are without a doubt one of the stronger opponents in the Süper Lig at the moment so the Black Eagles should not underestimate this fixture.

Beşiktaş predicted XI

Tolga Zengin; Andreas Beck – Luiz Rhodolfo – Dusko Tosic – İsmail Köybaşı; Atiba Hutchinson –  Oğuzhan Özyakup – José Ernesto Sosa; Ricardo Quaresma – Gökhan Töre – Mario Gómez
