Rumours about the transfers of Douglas Silva and Denys Boyko have been circulating for several weeks now, but so far Beşiktaş haven’t been able to agree with Dnipro over a transfer fee. It is being reported that the Beşiktaş board have now raised their offer for the pair to € 7 million.

Beşiktaş have been offering € 6 million, while Dnipro was holding on to a price of € 8 million for both players. The Black Eagles have now reportedly raised their bid with € 1 million. Erdal Torunoğulları, who is responsible of foreign transfer policies, is going to have a meeting with several Dnipro officials in the next few days. Because head coach Şenol Güneş favours the transfers of Boyko and Douglas, Beşiktaş have speeded up the negotiations, but are still going to strongly negotiate about the remaining difference of € 1 million.

Beşiktaş are reportedly trying to guarantee the transfer of goalkeeper Boyko. The Black Eagles want Douglas a lot as well though, so they are going to conclude the transfer of the central defender shortly after that of Boyko. Torunoğulları is trying to return to Turkey with both players, so that they can even play in the first league game of the second half of the season against Mersin Idman Yurdu.

Because no player besides Motta and Franco will leave this window, the club isn’t going to make another transfer.
