Beşiktaş travel to Karabük with a 15 man squad ahead of Turkish cup clash

On Wednesday Beşiktaş play their 5th match of the Ziraat Türkiye Kupası group stages against Kardemir Karabükspor and today the squad will head to Karabük.

After the final training session at the BJK Nevzat Demir complex the squad will depart for Karabük.

Head coach  Şenol Güneş stated on Sunday that he was thinking about going to Karabük with a youth team, he has finally decided to take 10 players from the first team and included 5 players from the youth team in his matchday selection. Goalkeepers Tolga Zengin and Günay Güvenç were both included in the squad, Serdar Kurtuluş, Necip Uysal, Kerim Frei, Olcay Şahan, Dusko Tosic, Veli Kavlak, Mustafa Pektemek and Cenk Tosun are the remaining players from the first team to make the trip, apart from these 10 players the following youth players have also been included in the squad: Hamza Küçükköylü (striker), Devrim Taşkaya (winger), Muhammed Enes Durmuş (attacking midfielder), Serkan Yavuz and Furkan Akbulut (both defenders).
