Continuing their search for reinforcements for the upcoming season, the Black Eagles are looking for a new leftback alongside a new central defender. For this position they have turned their attention to Manchester City’s Kolarov and San Lorenzo’s Emmanuel Más.

Beşiktaş coach Şenol Güneş has added the acquisition of a new leftback to the transfer agenda over the Summer transfer window.

Manchester City leftback Alexander Kolarov seems to be the top priority for the Black Eagles, who have already reached out to the Citizens over a potential transfer. City notified the Black Eagles that they await the squad’s evaltuation by their new coach Pep Guardiola, who will have the final say whether Kolarov will be allowed to leave or not. Kolarov himself is believed to have responded positively to the prospect of playing for the Black Eagles.

As an alternative, Beşiktaş are looking towards San Lorenzo’s Emmanuel Más. The Black Eagles’ scouting team have been monitoring the performance of the 27 year old Argentina international for several months and have returned a positive report on Más.

If a positive ending can not be achieved in regards to Kolarov then it is believed that Beşiktaş will make a formal offer for San Lorenzo’s Emmanuel Más.
