Deportivo La Coruña’s Spanish goalkeeper Fabricio Agosto Ramirez has arrived in Istanbul to undergo his Beşiktaş medical examination ahead of signing a 3 year contract with the Black Eagles.

According to Haber1903‘s exclusive report Fabri has arrived in Istanbul to undergo his medical examination. The 28 year old Spanish goalkeeper has suffered two successive knee injuries which had prevented him from making a single La Liga appearance this past season for Deportivo. Pending a medical, Fabri will sign a 3 year contract with Beşiktaş.

The Black Eagles agreed a deal with Fabri six months ago but following a second successive injury, after having only just recovered from his first, the deal was put on hold and Beşiktaş brought in Denys Boyko from Dnipro Dnipropretovsk. However Beşiktaş kept a principle agreement in place with the goalkeeper for the past five months and they are now on the verge of signing him on a free transfer as his contract with Deportivo La Coruña has now expired.

Earlier today, Fabri's girlfriend Adriana Reveren posted a picture on Instagram with the message "on our way to Istanbul!"
