Beşiktaş have turned its sights to Portugal, still looking for a new striker after Mario Gómez’ departure. The latest target of the Black Eagles is reported to be Porto’s Vincent Aboubakar.

To finally complete the transfer of a new striker the club has sped up its negotations. Beşiktaş is trying to loan Aboubakar from FC Porto. The first negotations went well and the two clubs are now in the negotation stage about the loan fee. It is also being reported that the Cameroonian striker has already said yes to Beşiktaş’ offer.

Aboubakar signed for Porto in 2014 and has scored 26 goals in 62 appearances for the club. He still has 2 years remaining on his contract.
