Manchester City’s Samir Nasri has recently been linked with a move to Italy, including joining his former coach Roberto Mancini at Inter Milan prior to his sacking and subsequent replacement with Frank De Boer. Now it appears that the former French international could be joining Turkish champions Beşiktaş.

Beşiktaş entered negotiations, which took several hours, as they look to loan Nasri with an option to buy. Due to Samir Nasri’s exclusion from Manchester City’s Champions League squad he no longer seems to have a future with the Citizens, which opens up the possibility to a move to Turkey for the flamboyant midfielder.
