L’Équipe: ‘Samir Nasri agrees to join Beşiktaş’

According to the highly regarded French sports outlet L’Équipe, Samir Nasri has agreed to join Beşiktaş on a loan with option-to-buy.

L’Équipe states that Beşiktaş president Fikret Orman was in England over the past week to negotiate a transfer deal for Manchester City’s Samir Nasri and that the player has agreed to join the Black Eagles.

All that remains to be resolved between the two clubs is how Nasri’s wages will be split among both clubs. Samir Nasri does not appear in Man City coach Pep Guardiola’s plans and the Citizens are more than willing to let him go out on loan with an option-to-buy, but both clubs now need to agree on exactly how much of Nasri’s wages the Eagles will be paying.

If L’Équipe’s sources are correct then it would appear this transfer will be completed in the very near future.
