Whilst trying to make use of the international break with good trainings and a friendly against IBFK, the injuries have also been a problem lately. However, the performances of the reserves have pleased the technical staff.

Young goalkeeper Utku Yuvakuran, Atinç Nukan and youth players Muhammed Enes and Sedat have impressed the staff and made trainer Güneş happy.

During the 20th minute of the friendly against Başakşehir, Adriano was substituted due to an injury, however it is now known that the Brazilian left-back was only taken out of pre-caution.

Atiba was taken out in the friendly as well, but the Canadian superstar is now fit again and is ready to play against Kayserispor. The two experienced players are expected to start training again tomorrow and play in the difficult away game against Kayserispor.

Moreover, good news came by from Oguzhan Özyakup and Gökhan Inler. Both did not go to their national teams, but instead focussed on their fitness and health at the club. The maestros are expected to attend the trainings on Thursday. If both get fit, Beşiktaş will have an injury-free squad.

Güneş is happy about the fact that no injuries took place for the players who participated in the matches from their national teams. The moment Quaresma comes back from Portugal, Beşiktaş is expected to train Thursday with its full squad and no injuries. Güneş is expected to have (positive) difficulties in selecting its first XI against Kayserispor.
