One of Beşiktaş’ striker transfer targets, Pylyp Budkivsky, addressed transfer rumors.

The 24 year old, who is playing for Anzhi on loan from Shakhtar Donetsk, talked to the Ukrainian media and stated that Anzhi has called him to the training camp.

Budkivsky said, “My contract with Anzhi is until the summer of 2017. However, I am a Shakhtar player so there may be changes and my contract with Anzhi could get terminated. It all depends on the clubs. I rested, gained strength and I’m ready to work again.”

Upon being asked if he got an offer from Beşiktaş, Budkivsky responded, “If there is an offer like this, my agent and Shakhtar will know about it before anyone else. I don’t know so I’m not going to speak on this topic.”

Lastly, Budkivsky was asked if he will go to one of Russia’s giants and he said, “If the offer satisfies every party involved, then it’s possible.”
