Caner Erkin has been working hard on his return over the past months and has been training individually on the training grounds for the past few weeks.

The Turkish international leftback, on loan from Inter Milan, suffered a ruptured achilles tendon back in October and was expected to be our until April. However, Caner has been recovering rapidly and is expected to return to full team training in two weeks and could be ready to make his return on the pitch after the upcoming international break.

Beşiktaş have the option to make Caner Erkin’s stay at the club permanent for 1 million euros at the end of the season. Caner will turn 29 this coming October.
