Beşiktaş strike deal with Flamengo over Rhodolfo transfer

Beşiktaş have struck a deal with the Brazilian club Flamengo over the transfer of 30-year old central defender Luiz Rhodolfo.

The two clubs have settled on a transfer fee of €1,4m according to Haber1903, who write that the official announcement will shortly follow.

Beşiktaş has paid a fee of €3,3m in the Summer of 2015 when they bought Rhodolfo from Grémio, initially the Brazilian made a solid impression but following a severe knee injury he never managed to reach his previous form.

Luiz Rhodolfo will be the first player out the door this Summer, several more players are expected to following. Including Alexander Milosevic, Pedro Franco and Denys Boyko.
