Pedro Franco makes Colombia debut

The Beşiktaş community experienced a proud day yesterday as it saw one of it’s sons make his senior level debut for the Colombian national team.

With this Pedro Camilo Franco stept in the footsteps of former Beşiktaş and FC Millonarios goalkeeper Oscar Cardoba.

Pedro Franco featured 61 minutes for Colombia in their 3-0 friendly victory over El Salvador, Radamel Falcao and Carlos Bacca (2) scored the goals for the ‘Seleccion’.

He was cautioned after 26 minutes with a yellow card and replaced in minute 61 by Granada’s Jeison Murillo.

Colombia will play another friendly on wednesday the 15th of October against Canada.
