Beşiktaş see Douglas as alternative to Rhodolfo

Updated: July 2, 2015

Beşiktaş are looking for alternatives to one of their main transfers targets, Gremio’s Rhodolfo.  If Rhodolfo rejects Beşiktaş, they will look at the possibility of transferring Douglas, who plays at Dinamo Moscow. However, the Brazilian born defender has reportedly reached an agreement already with Sporting Lisbon. Beşiktaş want either one of these players but there are also some other players on their list.

Beşiktaş are looking at players in Brazil and Cruzerio’s Manoel and Leo were already offered to the Black Eagles through agents. Manoel (25) and Leo (27) are both being followed by the board. The board are looking to sign a centre back in the coming week.

Beşiktaş are also trying to sign a striker, after the departure of Demba Ba. Beşiktaş may sign Robin Van Persie (32) if they don’t have to pay any transfer fee to Manchester United. Beşiktaş are also looking fat Fulham’s Kostas Mitroglou (27), Chelsea’s Loïc Rémy (28) and Atlético’s Fernando Torres (31).

Beşiktaş will first monitor the transfer window, as elite clubs buy new strikers they may look to offload others (for example Rémy). Beşiktaş are also looking to loan players. After a centre back and striker, Beşiktaş may also look to sign a left winger.
